Onze eigen ervaringen en aannames maken dat we vaak een oplossing bouwen voor een verondersteld klantprobleem\, of dat de klant ander gedrag vertoont dan hij/zij eerder heeft aangegeven. \nHoe fijn zou het zijn\, als jouw product of dienst precies dat biedt waar jouw klantgroep om vraagt\, en geen overbodige eigenschappen heeft\, of net een cruciale eigenschap mist. \nIn de workshop op woensdag 15 juni gaan we aan de slag met het klantprobleem: waar vind ik die potentiële klanten\, en hoe voer ik het juiste gesprek om te achterhalen welke problemen de klant ondervindt bij het uitvoeren van zijn taken. DESCRIPTION:Is jouw start-up klaar voor het buitenland? Ga van 14 tot en met 18 juni mee met de start-upmissie naar VivaTech 2022 in Parijs. VivaTech is een van Europa’s grootste start-up- en tech-events. \nDit is dé plek om gericht te netwerken en zaken te doen met bedrijven en investeerders. De focus van VivaTech ligt op early stage tech-start-ups met een schaalbaar businessmodel\, die snel willen groeien. \nVivaTech 2022\nMeer dan 120.000 bezoekers in 4 dagen\, 13.000 start-ups en 3.000 investeerders uit de hele wereld ontmoeten elkaar in de venue van Porte de Versailles in Parijs. VivaTech trok de afgelopen jaren prominente bezoekers als Tim Cook\, Peggy Johnson\, Eric Yuan en de Franse president Emmanuel Macron. \nWaarom deelnemen?\nHet doel van de missie is om veelbelovende Nederlandse start-ups te ondersteunen bij hun internationale groei. Samen willen we het Nederlandse start-up ecosysteem op de kaart zetten. Deelnemen aan VivaTech biedt jou een mooie kans om: \n\nje product of dienst te presenteren aan een groot internationaal publiek;\nje product of dienst te valideren/testen;\nnieuwe klanten aan te trekken;\nje netwerk internationaal uit te breiden;\nstrategische partnerschappen aan te gaan met andere bedrijven;\npotentiële investeerders te ontmoeten;\ntalent aan te trekken;\nmedia-aandacht te genereren;\nkennis op te doen over de Franse markt en concurrenten.\n\nVoor wie?\nJe kunt deelnemen als jouw start-up voldoet aan de volgende eisen: \n\nJe product of dienst is hoogtechnologisch\, innovatief en potentieel disruptief.\nEr is een bewezen marktacceptatie voor je product of dienst op de Nederlandse markt.\nJe bent gestart met – of klaar voor – internationale opschaling.\nJe start-up staat ingeschreven bij de Nederlandse Kamer van Koophandel.\n\nPas je niet precies in bovenstaand profiel\, maar heb je wel een overtuigende motivatie? Laat dan bij aanmelding aan ons weten waarom jij niet mag ontbreken in de Nederlandse delegatie naar VivaTech. \nProgramma\nNederland heeft een eigen NL Lounge op VivaTech. Dit geeft je een centrale basis om te netwerken. Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) organiseert samen met partners een side-event waar je mogelijke klanten\, partners\, investeerders en andere start-ups kunt ontmoeten.\nOp dit moment zijn wij bezig met de organisatie van deze missie. Het programma kan dus nog veranderen. Op hoofdlijnen ziet de missie er als volgt uit: \n\n\n\nDatum\nOnderdeel\n\n\n\n\nVoorjaar 2022\nDeelnemersbijeenkomst in Nederland\nVóór de missie organiseren we een deelnemersbijeenkomst. Tijdens dit event krijg je alle informatie voor VivaTech. We stellen je voor aan de andere deelnemers van de missie. Na afloop is er een kennismakingsborrel.\n\n\n14 juni\nWelkomstreceptie in Parijs\nWelkomstdiner in Parijs. Hier ontmoeten we elkaar voor het eerst in Frankrijk. Dit is de formele start van de missie.\n\n\n15-18 juni\nVivaTech 2022 in Parijs\nTijdens deze 4 dagen bezoek je VivaTech in Porte de Versailles. Er zijn side-events in heel Parijs. De NL Lounge op VivaTech is jouw uitvalsbasis om te netwerken\, af te spreken en eventueel je product of dienst te presenteren.\n\n\n18 juni\nAfsluiting\n‘s Avonds sluiten we de missie af.\n\n\n\nDeelnemen\nMeld je aan voor deze missie. Dit is mogelijk tot en met maandag 18 april 2022. Iedere deelnemer meldt zich apart aan. De voertaal van de missie is Engels. \nEr kunnen maximaal 20 start-ups mee met deze missie. RVO vindt het belangrijk dat de bedrijven die meegaan binnen de opzet en inhoudelijke focus van de missie vallen. Aanmelding betekent daarom niet automatisch deelname aan de missie. \nDaarnaast stimuleren we vrouwelijk ondernemerschap. We selecteren voor deelname niet op gender\, maar we dagen je uit om binnen je eigen organisatie te kijken naar vrouwelijke deelnemers voor de missie. \nKosten\nDeelname aan deze missie kost € 500 exclusief btw per bedrijf (maximaal 2 deelnemers per bedrijf). Hiervoor krijg je: \n\neen toegangspas voor ongelimiteerde toegang tot VivaTech voor 2 deelnemers;\ndeelname aan de voorbereidingsbijeenkomst;\nmogelijkheid gebruik te maken van de NL Lounge als meetingpoint op VivaTech;\ndeelname aan alle side-events en netwerkactiviteiten van de missie;\ngelegenheid om bijvoorbeeld contracten of MoU’s (Memoranda of Understanding) te ondertekenen in het bijzijn van de delegatieleiding;\nopenbaarvervoerticket in Parijs;\nlokale ondersteuning in Parijs door de Nederlandse ambassade en RVO.\n\nReis en verblijf\nReis– en verblijfkosten zijn voor eigen rekening. Maaltijden en borrels zijn ook voor eigen rekening\, tenzij anders vermeld in het programma. \nNa selectie ontvangen deelnemers informatie over het hotel waar de delegatieleiding verblijft. Het is niet verplicht overnachtingen te boeken in hetzelfde hotel. Deelnemers van eerdere missies gaven echter aan het nuttig en leuk te vinden om met elkaar in één hotel te verblijven. \nCOVID-19-clausule\nWij nemen 8 weken van tevoren een besluit over het doorgaan van deze handelsmissie. Het reisadvies van het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken speelt daarbij een belangrijke rol. Ook kijken we naar de situatie ter plaatse. Deelnemers worden hierover meteen geïnformeerd. \nBij uitstel of annulering worden geen deelnemerskosten in rekening gebracht. Ook na een besluit om de missie te laten doorgaan\, behoudt de organisatie zich het recht voor om de handelsmissie in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden alsnog te annuleren. Uiteraard worden ook dan geen deelnemerskosten in rekening gebracht. \nDeelnemers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor hun reis en verblijf en moeten dus zelf hun reis en verblijf annuleren als de missie niet doorgaat. Eventuele kosten die daarmee samenhangen zijn voor eigen rekening. \nMaatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen\nDe Nederlandse overheid vindt maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen belangrijk en onderschrijft de OESO-richtlijnen voor Multinationale Ondernemingen. Hierin zijn de MVO-normen voor internationaal actieve ondernemers vastgelegd. \nHet naleven van deze OESO-richtlijnen is een van de voorwaarden om te kunnen deelnemen aan deze missie. \nOrganisatie\nDe Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) organiseert deze missie in samenwerking met het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en de Nederlandse ambassade in Parijs. \nMeer weten?\nHeb je vragen?
