If you’re part of a startup or SME aiming to maintain its competitive edge, this training can help. Our goal is to increase your awareness of intellectual property (IP) rights and how they can benefit your business. During the workshop, we’ll look at practical examples of IP in collaborations and ownership and discuss the concept of “freedom to operate.” We’ll also highlight the importance of technical details in patent publications. This training is provided by the Netherlands Patent Office, part of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).
